From these humble beginnings, Rafa forged two defining traits: an unwavering pursuit of excellence and a profound appreciation for diversity, born from navigating adversity.
Graduated in Advertising , Rafa also has masters in Business and Psychoanalytic Semiotic. He has worked for over 10 years as a strategist in advertising agencies, working on local, regional and local levels. After that, he led brand and social marketing activities for tech companies, collaborating with agencies and clients to elevate their presence on the platform. His expertise spans Brand Strategy, Innovation, Creator Strategy, and Content services, driving tangible results for partners worldwide. Rafa is also a member of the Advisory Board at Instituto Mais Diversidade, a non-profit focused on fomenting opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ population.
